Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy
At MSK Australia, we understand plans can change. WeĀ aim to be fair and flexible while also recognising that hosting high-quality events involves significant planning and upfront commitments. Our refund policy has been designed to balance these commitments while providing delegates with reasonable flexibility.
IN-PERSON EVENTS
DOMESTIC
We make every effort to support delegates when circumstances change. Because venue, catering, and supplier costs increase as the event approaches, our refund policy is staggered:
- 30 days or more before the event: 100% refund less a $30 administration and card processing fee.
- Within 30 days of the event: 80% refund less a $30 administration and card processing fee.
Delegates may transfer their registration to another person at no additional charge by notifying MSK Australia in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.
INTERNATIONAL
International conferences require substantial non-refundable commitments to venues, suppliers and event partners well in advance. Accordingly, the following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 120 days before the event: Full refund less a $50 administrationĀ and card processing fee.
- 60–120 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 60 days before the event: No refund.
Where possible, delegates may:
- Transfer their registration to another delegate at no additional charge (up to 7 days before the event), or
- Request that their registration be transferred as a credit towards a future MSK Australia event, subject to availability and organiser approval.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for event registration, flights, accommodation and cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
ONLINE EVENTS
A full refund (less a $10 administration and card processing fee) is available up to 24 hours before the commencement of an online event.
Once access to online content or event recordings has been provided, refunds are no longer available.
If you miss the live session, don't worry. All webinars include 60 days of on-demand access, and our presenters are always happy to answer questions afterwards.
